On the eve of the start of our construction, the beer-tastic people at Manhattan Beer dropped in to say hello. Thankfully for us they came with a selection of malty treats to ease us into our build out. While ALL of them were good, one particular beer from the Sly Fox brewery had a serious impact.

SLY FOX PIKELAND PILS

THEY SAY: A Northern German style Pilsner brewed with imported German Pils malt and hopped with German and Czech hops. Light in body, light straw in color and dry.

REV SAYS: This is the Willy Wonka Glass Elevator of Pilseners. It’s a smooth ride but it’s fast and goes really high!
